Hoax or hero?

A Dublin company claims to have developed a method of generating continuous, free, clean energy from magnetic fields. The CEO says he’s challenged scientists to test it after a somewhat sceptical reaction from the scientific community (not surprising reallly).

If this is true, it’s fantastic – though it could turn out to be another Cold Fusion debacle.

Sounds more like a viral site accompanying a new series of Lost.
Not that I’ve watched most of series two… maybe they’ve got over the no one really understands how magnets work secret by now.

This appears to be the patent application for their idea, should you be interested. It’s all greek to me… actually, scratch that. It’s all like talking to the really drunk Irish guy who exists in *every* pub. Occasional words and concepts are comprehensable, but the bigger picture is utterly baffling.
