They say the definition of madness is doing the same thing over again with the expectation of a different result. Which is why it's hard to explain why I'm ditching TalkTalk, my current ISP (actually that's not so hard; 18 months of shitness would do it), but I'm re-joining Tiscali. They seem to be the only other ISP that does free international calls with their broadband, and since they were great while I lived in Muswell Hill… well, we'll have to see. TalkTalk are due to shut my line down any day now, so who knows when we'll meet again.

Or, I'll just blog from work. Whatever.

Sorry to hear about the problems you have been having in your new place, Rachel Hope you don’t mind us suggesting an alternative that would enable you to use your broadband connection to make international calls. We at Vonage offer a great way of making international calls cheaply – and you can even use your own touch tone phone. In fact if the person you are calling also signs up then you can talk as long as you like for free. This is because Vonage to Vonage calls are always free with your monthly calling plan. As long as the person you are calling is also a Vonage customer it doesn’t matter whether you are calling locally or internationally – it is still free.
Interested? Full details of our service can be found at – we can give you a 30 day money back guarantee as well so by all means give us a try.

I… uh… when did I start getting personalised spam?!! That’s not even spam – that’s an ad. Ooo, I feel like I’m in Minority Report, targeted advertising.
