Coping with dementia

Watching BBC Breakfast this morning I witnessed possibly the most heartbreaking thing I have ever seen. John Suchet was there, talking about how his wife has dementia and beating the drum for more support for carers. Now, I have a relatively flinty heart, but I burst into tears at the six minute point of this video.

    Yes, I saw this too. It was movig indeed, as we have to face up to the horrors of people we love dying around us. Surely this is one of the greatest curses of life?
    More importantly though is this: Being unemployed, what the massive testicles were you doing up at 8am?
